UV Technology-Purify Your Air !

Sep 30, 2009

“Wash your hands, eat your vegetables, clean your room!” We’ve all been told this a hundred times from Mom. I don’t know about the latter two, but the first one is definitely the most important combined with the EPA’s facts on how germs are spread so easily for prevention of germs and bacteria. Take it from me, who has recently had a bout with bacteria that found its way across all of my vital organs and tissues, causing extensive and irreversible damage.  I never realized how important air purification and the prevention of the spread of bacteria, mold and germs can affect your whole life.  Now we have the threat of a Swine flu pandemic,  and all of your local drugstores are offering an unlimited supply of the flu shot at a reduced cost    For years hospitals and Doctor’s offices have entrusted Germicidal UV Technology to kill exisiting bacteria and stop the spread of germs and mold.   Shouldn’t you trust it in your home as well?

Got UV Gel for that Beautiful set of Nails?

Sep 22, 2009

Have you tried UV Gel?  Well you should.  I am talking about your nails of course.  For me a  manicure isn’t just a treat, it has become a pleasantry that I do not want to give up.  I tend to obsess a bit when it comes to the perfect manicure as nothing says that you take care of yourself better than pretty, clean upkept hands and feet.

My personal favorite ? A fresh set of pink and white acrylic nails, sealed with UV Gel and completely dried with a UV light.  Less than 3 minutes and you are dry and ready to go!

the light-er side

I admit that I am new to the whole concept of blogging but not at all newbie when it comes to finding the humor in just about anything. I dont aim to laugh AT people, but rest assured I am the first one to laugh at myself when something funny happens during a conversation that ultimately results in the need for one of our UV products. One of my first sales of UV lamps came from a Customer who told me that he was in desperate need of a couple of lamps and that he was “down”. Immediately I responded with some sympathetic response like “Oh, I’m sorry, what’s wrong?” The laughter on the other side of the phone lasted long enough for me to realize that he was referring to the printer being broken or “down” not him. To this day I get a silent chuckle when someone groans about downtime, because in my mind, that means vacation.
